Preparing your submission

When uploading your paper contribution for RSD10, please make sure to use the correct template (i.e., short or long paper). More information on different submission types can be found here.

If you are submitting a short paper, please remember to include reflection question. Submissions need to be uploaded as a single word-file (.doc, .docx).

Uploading your submission

All paper submissions need to be uploaded via the EasyChair platform.

To gain access to EasyChair platform you need to create an account or use an existing one.

When you enter EasyChair, you can choose to submit a short or long paper.

In addition to uploading your file, you will have to enter author data, title, abstract and keywords.

The deadline for short and long paper submissions is now extended to May 24th!

Deadlines for other contributions such as practice papers, workshops and posters will be anounced later.

Review system

All submissions will go through a transparent review process, which means that reviewers will see the author names and vice versa: authors will get to know who reviewed their work.

Once reviewed, all authors will be notified of (conditional) acceptance or rejection on July 15th, 2021.

The review process will provide feedback and possible suggestions for modifications.

The conference tracks will be formed based on the accepted contributions.
